  • ½ Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Each Dill Pickle chopped (optional)

  • Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Keeps in refrigerator for 3-4 days in well sealed container.
