- 6 each Large eggs
- 1 cup water
- Ice for ice bath
Pour 1 cup of water into your Instant Pot and place the trivet or steaming rack inside.
Arrange eggs gently on the rack in a single layer.
Secure the lid, needle to “sealing” and set to Manual / Pressure Cook for 5 minutes or tap the “egg” button.
When time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
Release any remaining pressure, carefully remove the lid, and transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop the cooking.
Tap each egg gently, roll, and peel. The shells slide right off!
Store in refrigerator up to 7 days.
