Tree Treasures No. 29:

In 2005, we were lucky enough to celebrate one of our very favorite places with a trip to celebrate Disneyland’s 50th anniversary.

While Dave’s sister (who was visiting on their first time meeting each other) and her son were visiting, we were able to share Disneyland together which made it even more meaningful. It truly was a wonderful trip.

Disneyland was our happy place while raising our kids. So many family memories live there filled with laughter, togetherness, and moments you don’t realize are special until you look back. These ornaments are just a small part of our Disney collection, but they hold big memories.
Thank you for walking down memory lane with me over these past days. Sharing the stories behind our spinning Christmas tree has been such a gift. A reminder that ornaments aren’t decorations… they’re memories you can hold in your hand.
Here’s to family, traditions, and places that feel like home.
What place holds the most family memories for you? The one that instantly takes you back when you think about it?
If you enjoy nostalgic holiday stories, I’m also sharing my Christmas memories in a new series called Christmas Stories Throughout the Years.
