One Day At A Time: Why I Am Starting

There’s a quiet way we lose ourselves.
Not in a dramatic, everything-fell-apart kind of way.
But in a slow, ordinary way. Busy days. Tired evenings. Letting routines slip because life keeps asking for more of us. That’s where I found myself.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling as steady in my body as I used to. My walks became less frequent. My meals became more about convenience than nourishment. And the little things that used to bring me joy got pushed aside.
Nothing was “wrong.” But something wasn’t quite right either.
So instead of beating myself up or jumping into something extreme, I decided to do the most honest thing I know how to do.
This season I’m focusing on four simple things:
• walking every day
• eating in a calorie cut (I track macros)
• taking my supplements consistently
• and making time for something that brings me joy
Not because I’m trying to be perfect.
But because I want to feel better in my own skin again.
I’m calling this One Day at a Time because that’s exactly how I’m approaching it. No big promises. No pressure. Just showing up today, then tomorrow, then the next day.
Some days will be easy.
Some days will feel messy.
But I’m committed to staying.
And if you’re in a season where you’re craving more energy, more consistency, or just a little more of you back, I’d love for you to walk this with me.
I’ll be sharing daily on my Instagram.
We don’t have to do it fast. We can do it together.
One day at a time.
