I’m Cathy; wife of 42 years, mom to two wonderful adults, grandma of two, Disney lover, dog mom, and midlife wellness enthusiast.

I love to cook, play games, travel, and play pickleball. You’ll often find me listening to a great podcast, reading a new book, or organizing something just for fun. I’ve been crafting since elementary school and was completely obsessed with scrapbooking back in the day!

This space is my cozy corner of the internet, where I share everything from the recipes I love to the lessons I’ve learned about feeling your best in every season.

How I Got Here

For most of my adult life, I did what so many of us do. I put everyone else first. I was the wife, mom, the do-it-all woman who never slowed down. (I’m still guilty of full-steam ahead today. Always a work in progress.) Somewhere along the way, I started losing touch with me. My energy was gone, the scale was creeping up, and I was just… tired.

After living with lupus, fibromyalgia, and hypothyroidism for years, I tried to push through for years but my body was begging for something different. I knew there had to be a better way to feel good again.

That’s when I restarted my wellness journey; not a quick fix, but a rebuild from the inside out. I started focusing on gut health, balance, strength training, and simple, sustainable habits that support real energy and confidence. My main focus was overall wellness not only hyper focused on the number on the scale. And slowly, I began to feel like myself again and even better.

I’ve learned that feeling your best doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a combination of nutrition, movement, supplements, gut health, mindset, and daily consistency.

That’s why my approach focuses on simple, sustainable habits that support your body from the inside out. No extremes. No overwhelm. Just the right tools, encouragement, and a community that helps you stay the course.

My goal is to help women clear the path so their bodies can heal. From reducing inflammation, regaining energy, and rediscovering confidence in their skin and in their lives.

I believe midlife isn’t the end of your story. It’s your turning point.

You can feel vibrant, confident, and full of life again, without chasing quick fixes or perfection. Health doesn’t have to feel hard; it just has to feel doable.

I believe health is about freedom, not restriction. It’s about waking up rested, feeling good in your jeans, laughing without aches, and having the energy to actually enjoy this season of life; grandkids, travel, pickleball, all of it.

And I believe that when women feel good in their bodies, everything else follows. We show up differently; in our marriages, friendships, and even how they see themselves.

You’ve probably gathered by now I’m passionate about helping women feel good in their bodies again and confident in their lives again.
